Cory Robinson
Cory is the co-founder of 317 Homes and lives locally in Garfield Park. At 317 Homes he focuses on operations, growth and acquisitions. He enjoys traveling, soccer and anything with two wheels.

Josh Compton
With 15 years of experience as a real estate professional and licensed General Contractor, Josh has overseen the completion of nearly 1,000 projects. Based in Central Indiana with a family of four, Josh is deeply rooted in his community.
MAINTENANCE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Craig Jackson
Craig is the 317 Homes maintenance and property manager. When you have an issue Craig will be there!

Lei Marquez (Loriely)
Lei has helps manage daily operations, assisting residents from move-in to move-out. She enjoys traveling, spending her time at the beach and with friends and family.

Nina Aragon
Nina is the 317 Homes in-house leasing specialist and assistant property manager; helping you learn about availability, tours and any other questions you have during your stay.
