1. Verifiable gross income three times the monthly rent and six months with employer.

2. No previous felonies or evictions

3. Credit score > 650

4. Verifiable leasing history

5. All applicants must be over the age of 18

In addition to credit history, leasing history, income, and criminal reports. Factors such as your move-in date, pets and your behavior and cooperation with our staff may also be considered in the application decision.
