Cory Robinson

Cory is the co-founder of 317 Homes and lives locally in Garfield Park. At 317 Homes he focuses on operations, growth and acquisitions. He enjoys traveling, soccer and anything with two wheels.

MAINTENANCE AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Glen Hanshew

Glen is the 317 Homes maintenance and property manager. He leads everything from renovations to routine maintenance. Nothing is more important to Glen than his family and providing excellent service.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Lei Marquez (Loriely)

Lei lives in a costal town in the Philippines and at 317 Homes helps manage daily operations, assisting residents from move-in to move-out. She enjoys traveling, spending her time at the many beautiful Philippines beaches and with friends and family.

LEASING AND ASST. PROPERTY MANAGER

Nelson Ruiz

Nelson lives just outside of Manilla and is the 317 Homes in-house leasing specialist and assistant property manager; helping you learn about availability, tours and any other questions you have. He enjoys playing guitar, gaming and having get togethers with friends and family.
