  • Apply at . All tenants over 18 must apply.  $45/person.  Requirements can be found there.

  • How much is the deposit? One month’s rent plus pet deposit

    • Once a deposit is placed, it is considered non-refundable until the end of your lease and we're happy to return it per the terms of the lease.

    • The property can be held 30 days from the date that your deposit payment is made.

  • Parking options:

    • Street parking and lot parking: FREE

    • Lot parking is monitored for residents only

    • Reserved carport parking: $20/mo

  • Laundry: Pick an option!​​

    • Rent a set from us! We provide the install, service for a reasonable fee.  Contact the office for details. 

    • Bring your own washer and dryer.  We do not provide or service but do need to confirm the installation is correct before operation.

  • Storage is available in the basement for an additional $20/mo.  Follow signage to view.

  • How can I pay rent? Your online portal via mobile app or PayNear Me.  No checks or money order accepted.

  • Who pays utilities? Tenants are responsible for electricity and water is billed back monthly (estimated at $25-35/mo). Trash is included

  • Do you prorate rent for the first month? No, first month’s rent + prorated due at lease signing

  • What is the minimum lease length?  One year. We do not end leases Oct 1st through February 29th.

  • What are the penalties for breaking the lease? One months rent fee + lost deposit. 30 day notice required.

  • What are tenant responsibilities? General wear and tear items. Light bulbs, loose knobs, drain clogs after moving in, furnace filters, keep the property clean and in the same condition as you found it.   We’ll take care of all other issues with a maintenance request through the mobile app!

  • What is pet policy? 2 pets maximum.  $25/month per pet.  $200 extra refundable deposit per pet. Dogs over 40 lbs require special landlord authorization.

  • What is the move-in process?

    • Collect deposit through Buildium

    • Sign a lease via Docusign electronically or in person if needed

    • A walkthrough will be scheduled with you at the apartment and keys handed off

  • Do you have other properties? YES! Please checkout>Properties for other properties if this one won’t work for you.  Your application will apply to them all.  Inquire about upcoming availability if you have any interest in another property.
